Decidophobia
You've arrived at the ritual site, but the beast won't let you get rid of them so easily.
Controls
WASD for movement, mouse for looking
Q to change the way you see the world (what could that mean?)
E to interact
Esc to free up the mouse if needed
*10/27 note: there may be some elements that don't work well thanks to how Godot and the browser interact. Try refreshing the page, and if you still can't have a good time, let me know and I'll try to do QoL updates for them. Or, you can download a Windows version for the best experience.*
Feel free to leave feedback, especially if it isn't something mentioned below. I had a blast continuing to use and learn Godot for an interesting theme for this game jam!
The game has Slenderman mechanics, but you have to use that Q button to see what makes this submission special.
I ran out of time to add a good UI and tutorial; in order to win you have to find 10 totems scattered across the map; you'll know what they look like when you see them.
Potential future updates (aka if only I didn't have to do things like work, sleep, and eat):
Animations for the monster (I spent like 6 hours learning that Godot hates animations involving animals with legs and jaws and such)
Clarity for elements; this was my first time creating models in blender, so I definitely have aways to improve. Also, I don't like how some of the shadows work.
A UI, such as for tracking how many totems you've activated, and possibly indicators on where the closest one is or where the monster is.
